The SI9200EY-T1 is a 10M High Speed Transceiver for SPI/QSPI, UART and I2C Interfaces.It is a small size chip with a fraction of the die area compared to other transceivers. It is suitable for remote communication applications and small systems. Designed with advanced SiBosat mapping techniques, this chip enables fast communication rates with low power consumption.
The SI9200EY-T1 features a favorable power consumption performance with a 1.2V operating voltage level. This chip also features a 10-bit parallel transmission support, allowing data rates up to 10 Mbps. Furthermore, it is provides 100 kHz to 1 MHz frequency count rate, which allows fast communication using a single signal line.
