Programmable Oscillators

One type of programmable oscillator is the SIT1602BCT7-25S. This oscillator is described as a very low profile, 3.2mm x 3.2mm, 6-pin surface mount voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). It is designed specifically to replace static oscillators in mixed signal and signal processing applications.The SIT1602BCT7-25S is a wideband voltage-controlled oscillator and functions by synthesizing the desired output frequency based on an external control voltage.
