<p>Programmable Oscillators are oscillators whose frequency, rise or fall times and output waveforms can be easily adjusted.</p><p>SIT9002AC-18H33DG is aProgrammable Oscillator designed and produced by SIT Corporation. It features frequency sweep, output amplitude, shape, stability and PWM power management, along with robust design suitable for industrial applications. SIT9002AC-18H33DG provides two operating modes: linear sweep and triangle sweep.</p><p><strong>Application Field</strong></p><p>SIT9002AC-18H33DG can be applied to variety of applications requiring frequency sweep from 2Hz to 850KHz, such as: </p><ul> <li>Resonance: the frequency sweep capability can be used to measure the frequency resonance of electrical components.</li> <li>Buffer Discharge: the buffer-discharge mode can be used in order to optimally use the energy stored in a capacitor/ inductor and then gradually discharge it as very small values.</li> <li>Power Management: SIT9002AC-18H33DG can be used to conserve energy by lowering the output power of a system at peak loads.</li> <li>Automotive: SIT9002AC-18H33DG can be applied in combustion engines to provide optimized combustion for improved efficiency.</li> <li>Industrial automation: SIT9002AC-18H33DG can be used in automation systems to provide optimized operation for a variety of applications.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Principle</strong></p><p>SIT9002AC-18H33DG employs two operating modes: Linear Sweep and Triangle Sweep. The Linear Sweep mode is used when the application requires an immediate change in frequency, while the Triangle Sweep method is used when frequency changes need to be more gradual.</p><p>In Linear Sweep mode, the oscillator updates its output frequency as soon as new values are set. This mode is suitable for applications where frequency must be changed quickly.</p><p>For Triangle Sweep mode, the oscillator gradually changes from the initial frequency to the final frequency, over the course of a few milliseconds. This mode is more suitable for applications where gradual change in frequency is necessary.</p><p>Apart from the two operating modes, SIT9002AC-18H33DG also features an Output Amplitude Fading feature. This feature gradually lowers the output amplitude of the oscillator, protecting against over-voltage damage. This feature is especially useful in industrial applications were sudden spikes in voltage could damage delicate components.</p><p>Overall, SIT9002AC-18H33DG Programmable Oscillator provides adjustable frequency, output amplitude, shape, stability and PWM power management, making it a versatile and robust oscillator for a wide range of applications.</p>
