The SIT9002AC-28H33DO is a high-performance, high-precision, programmable oscillator with a nominal frequency accuracy of 4MHz. Application Field

The SIT9002AC-28H33DO Programmable Oscillator is applicable in numerous active applications, including communication systems, consumer electronics, aerospace and defense, server clusters, data storage applications and motor control systems.

The oscillator can be used in LCD monitor panel clocking, digital cameras, DVD players, audio-video equipment, broadcast radios, digital video broadcasting, HDTV, digital TV, cellular phones, and portable electronics, as well as any system where a highly accurate, low-jitter frequency source is required.

Working Principle

The SIT9002AC-28H33DO Programmable Oscillator consists of a resonance tank circuit and a control circuit. The customer can access the control circuit through an external Programmable Frequency Control (PFC) pin, allowing them to select the desired operating frequency.The PFC pin is usually connected to an external AD converter, and the frequency can be programmed by the controller\'s serial output.

When the Programmable Frequency Control signal is applied, the control circuit sets the resonance frequency of the tank circuit according to the signal. According to the setting of the Programmable Frequency Control signal, the control circuit can achieve a steady-state input/output relationship and maintain the oscillation frequency. The SIT9002AC-28H33DO generates a square wave signal with a wide output blanking range of +/-200 ppm and high accuracy of up to 4MHz.

The SIT9002AC-28H33DO Programmable Oscillator exhibits a low power consumption rating of 3.3V, low input current of 1 uA and high performance temperature stability of -50°C to +122°C. The oscillator is available in a wide frequency range of 4MHz to 200MHz with a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V, making them suitable for use in various systems.
