AC DC ConvertersThe SL20.113 is a synchronous buck converter IC. It is a two-phase bridgeless synchronous rectifier switch with a switch duty cycle of 0% to 100%. The IC offers a high switching frequency of up to 1.2 MHz that provides a high peak-to-average current utilization and superior regulation for a wide range of applications.The SL20.113 is suitable for applications like MP3 players, digital cameras, PDAs and notebook computers.
