SMA6511 is a pair of complementary horizontal NPN Darlington transistors with a voltage gain of 10,000. The SMA6511 is a small-signal dual NPN transistor array that offers a combination of high current gain and low noise for applications such as audio pre-amplifiers. It is designed to improve power efficiency and reduce heat dissipation in a variety of applications.
