SMCJ51CA is a series of Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diodes developed by Moxie Semiconductor to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage spikes of up to 5.0 kilovolts. It is designed to guard low and medium voltage circuits against ESD, EFT and electrical transients.
