The SMDA03CE3/TR13 (also known as an overvoltage protection semiconductor) is a type of unidirectional, transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode which is used to protect both equipment and components from any overvoltage transients or other electrostatic discharges. This type of diode provides superior protection against overvoltage transient conducted or induced by environmental external influences.
