The SN65C3232EDR is one of the leading transceivers for Computer Controlled Serial Data Expansion for both RS-232 and EIA-530 (RS-449) communication applications. The SN65C3232EDR is a 5V voltage quadruple line driver, quad line receiver integrated circuit. It is based on Texas Instruments\' proprietary Full-Duplex Enhanced Quaternary DMOS Technology for superior power consumption and low cost solutions. This transceiver is a cost-effective solution for applications that require the performance of a full duplex, bus interface with maximum line speeds up to 20 Mbps.
