The SN74AHC125QDRQ1 is a quad-channel high-speed non-inverting buffer designed for 1.8-V to 3.6-V VCC operation. The SN74AHC125 buffers or line drivers are available in a Quad-Channel configuration. It is the logic equivalent of a 4-bit latch and is designed to be used as a bi-directional data buffer, capable of transferring data between buses or transferring data to or from a peripheral device. Furthermore, it improves the fan-out of a system by buffering the data bus, enabling it to be driven without concern for loading. The SN74AHC125QDRQ1 is designed for high-performance, low power yearround operation in a wide range of 1.8-V to 3.6-V voltage operating conditions, and is ideal for applications where lower power consumption and higher performance are essential.

The SN74AHC125QDRQ1 comes in a 16-pin wide-body quad package and contains four independent non-inverting 3-state buffers. The SN74AHC125QDRQ1 features a combination of two enable control inputs and an active-low output enable (/OE) control input.
