The clock frequency of the SN74ALS165N is low, and it has a maximum Clock Frequency of 500 kHz. The output data is in sync with the clock inputs, and is valid at the negative edge of the Clock Pulse. The output voltage of this shift register has a high logic level of 4.5 V and a low logic level of 0.4 V.
