SN74ALVC125DG4 is a family of 5-volt-tolerant and 5-V CMOS logic bi-directional buffer ICs. It is ideal for low voltage, mixed-voltage and mixed-signal operation. This device has internal control logic with latch-up immunity and a high Degree of noise immunity. It is suitable for applications ranging from low-speed to very high speed communication systems.

The SN74ALVC125DG4 belongs to the family of logic - buffers, drivers, receivers, transceivers.
