The SN74AUP2G00DQER is a low-power 2-input CMOS inverter gate with a wide input voltage range up to 6 V and an ultra-low threshold of 1.25 V. It is part of the Texas Instruments AUP2G00 family of gate arrays to meet the needs of low-power CMOS logic applications such as mobile phones, tablet PCs, and other portable devices. As part of the family of low-power CMOS gate arrays, the SN74AUP2G00DQER is a 2-input non-inverting AND-OR-INVERTER CMOS gate. It has an active-low enable, Input A, and Input B, and a active-low output, Output. It is designed in such a way that it not only realizes the logic OR operation, but also functions as an inverter when connected to its own enable pin.

The SN74AUP2G00DQER works on a cmos process, meaning it operates on a c-field MOSFET transistor that functions as a switch. When the enable pin is high, the Output of the gate is high. When the enable pin is low, the gate is disabled and the Output remains undetermined (QU states), until the conditions of Input A and Input B are established.
