Working Principle of SN74F27N

The SN74F27N is designed with two 2-input NAND Schottky TTL gates and two 2-input Schottky TTL inverters. It can be used in both positive and negative logic. Each gate and inverter has two input terminals and one output terminal. The input signals are expected to be either active-high (in positive logic) or active-low (in negative logic).
