The SP1481ECN-L/TR is an interface with drivers, receivers, and transceivers used for applications in industrial, network, and telecom markets. Designed for differential signal transmission, this device provides a high-speed interface between FPGAs, ASICs and other digital components. It ensures high data rate transmission and signal integrity over electrical connections of up to 500MHz, and it supports common high-speed communication protocols such as IEEE 802.3.

The device features four independent channels, with 4 transmit and 4 receive lines, each capable of differential signaling up to 500MHz. Each channel is designed to provide a transmission rate of up to 400 Mb/s and an input-output differential signal range of 350mV-2.85V. Its respective differential inputs and outputs have a typical differential impedance of 100 ohms, with a maximum capacitance of 15pF. The device supports a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is provided in a 64-pin TSSOP package.

The SP1481ECN-L/TR is designed to help reduce overall system power consumption with its low power design that allows two modes of operation; high-speed and low-power.
