Features of SP208EET-L
The SP208EET-L is a highly integrated, flexible, single-channel half-bridge gate driver with galvanic isolation. It contains a high-current, floating MOSFET driver, a line receiver and digital interface components. This gate driver supports 4 to 20V logic supply, isolated 5 to 28V power supply, and 825V sources supply. It features a fast settling time, low quiescent current and high-speed operation.
The SP208EET-L has a built-in push-pull outphasing feature that takes advantage of the low gate capacitance IGBT modules. This gate driver contains two gate driver amplifier stages for each MOSFET. It features a very feature-rich logic interface with features like Over Temperature Shutdown (OTSD), under voltage lockout (UVLO) with hysterisis, inrush current limitation (ICL), the ability to push pull in-phase and out-of-phase, and more.
The SP208EET-L comes in a compact 17-pin reinforced plastic package and meets the harsh requirements of the automotive environment, such as EMC/EMI and temperature. It is equipped with high level EMC/EMI protection to reduce the conducted EMI and host cabling induced dV/dt emissions.
