The SP270252560XTMA1 uses an on-chip, capacitive sensing element with an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that converts the pressure input signal into a 16-bit digital output. The sensor is compensated for internal and through-hole pressure drift due to temperature changes. The sensor features a sensor load independent full-span calibration to obtain linearity with an accuracy of up to ±0.25% full scale accuracy. Additionally, the sensor also has a number of other features such as fast I2C communication for data transfer, temperature compensation, on board EEPROM to store calibration and linearization data and time-out enable/disable.Conclusion
