The SP3222EBCY-L is an integrated 4-channel digital isolator with a galvanic isolation barrier between the independent sides of the device. It is suitable for isolating low speed signals, such as those found in fieldbus systems and industrial automation. The device available in LQFP44 and TSSOP44 packages, allowing it to fit into tight spaces and have good heat dissipation. The SP3222EBCY-L provides up to 2600 Vrms of galvanic isolation between its two sides, making it suitable for use in harsh environments that require isolation to protect the device and the human operator.
