SP7122AEB is an evaluation board for LED drivers. It is based on a high-efficiency PFC bridgeless control chip, used to drive high-power LEDs with a wide range of voltages. It is also used to evaluate the SP7122AEM in an approximate application circuit. In addition, SP7122AEB is designed equipped with functions such as LED dimming, LED fault signal reporting and LED thermal shutdown protection.

In general, LED drivers are designed to control the voltage and current supplied to an LED or LED array. All LED drivers are slightly different, but they all have the same goal: to provide the LED with the voltage and current it needs using the fewest components.
