SSTV16859CKLF is a medium-voltage gate driver IC, providing 2.5-kV RMS output voltage capability at 5.5-A peak output current. It providesbased on Infineon’s patented CoolMOS CF Technology, minimizing switching losses thanks to its low gate charge. It offers 225-ns propagation delaytime, which is independent of output voltage, 75-ns rising/falling times and sophisticated power management. This high-speed gate driver is designedfor half-bridge applications and is designed to reliably drive power MOSFETs and IGBTs.
