ST3232CDR is a family of 3.3 V low power compliant RS-232 transceivers designed for high speed data communications applications, with data rates up to 460.8 Kbps. This family of transceivers supports up to six USART ports, with an I2C-bus port, and contains a high-performance, low power transceiver with one-half full-duplex line drivers and receivers.

The ST3232CDR family integrates up to 8 Kbits of internal RAM to support high data rate connectors and provides the flexibility to support different memory requirements.
