The STK11C88-SF25TR is a part of the new generation of integrated memory and logic devices familiarly known as “Programmable Memory Logic Devices”. This type of device is essentially a combination of memory and executable applications, allowing the designer to rapidly implement complex logic and secure the advantages of in-circuit programmability. The STK11C88-SF25TR provides the capabilities of 8-bit data, 5-bit address, 8-bit parity and 8-bit parity flag memory, as well as arithmetic and register block arithmetic/logic functions in a single chip. The data memory of the device utilizes the on-chip built-in EEPROM, which is accessible via an 8-bit bus.
