The STTH3002CR rectifier diode array is an extremely efficient device and can be put to use in a variety of applications. It is a high performance, fast recovery, dual common anode Schottky rectifier diode array which features tight tolerances, long term stability, and consistently low on-state voltage drop. It can be used to replace two discrete diodes with one device, reducing design complexity and cost.
The STTH3002CR is a low voltage rated device and is capable of handling up to 30 V. It features very low forward voltage drop, typically 0.45 V, which makes it suitable for various high efficiency power supply designs. It also has low power dissipation, low leakage current, and excellent thermal stability. The STTH3002CR has ultralow forward voltage drop, very low reverse leakage current, fast recovery time and positive temperature coefficient.

The working principle of the STTH3002CR rectifier diode array is based on current flow in the forward direction through the diodes. When the voltage applied to the two anodes is higher than the voltage applied to the two cathodes, the diodes conduct current and the anode-cathode voltage decreases and eventually reach the forward voltage drop, typically 0.45 V. This is called the forward biased mode, and current can now flow through the diode array.
In the reverse biased mode, no current can flow because the voltage applied to the two anodes is lower than the voltage applied to the two cathodes. The diodes now block current and no current will flow, thus providing protection against reverse current and damage.
The STTH3002CR rectifier diode array offers superior efficiency, tight tolerance, low voltage drop, and reputable performance. It is the perfect solution for power supplies, dc-to-ac inverters, and other applications requiring high current and lots of ripple control.
