Working Principle

The SWG050-05-C-R involves four consecutive processes : rectification, filtering, regulating, and protection, as shown in Figure 1. When AC power is supplied, it will first pass through a bridge rectifier, and the two current output circuits formed in this stage will be connected to the filtering capacitor, for the process of filtering the rectified wave, thus the alternating current (AC) gets converted into unidirectional current (DC). The subsequent step of the regulated circuit is to regulate the magnitude of the voltage and current, utilizing the power transistor, inductor, and variable capacitor. It will not to overcharge and flush the output.When the products is used, the power transformer passes the voltage to the rectifier, and then after filter, it is regulate to output the right voltage. The products also provides a power amplifier circuit, so that the output power is enhanced.
