SY100E111LEJI is a single-channel LVTTL/LVCMOS/HSTL compatible differential-to-LVPECL clock buffer available in the small 8-pin MSOP package. It contains two control pins that enable/disable the output buffers and select the LVTTL/LVCMOS or HSTL output. SY100E111LEJI provides ECL outputs to drive both LVPECL and ECL Loads*.

The SY100E111LEJI single chip clock buffer is the perfect solution for high-performance clock applications, such as data communication, consumer electronics and clock/timing applications. By using the SY100E111LEJI, clock signals can be transmitted with high accuracy, minimized distortion and superior noise performance.

SY100E111LEJI\'s clock-buffering architecture features differential inputs and several control pins that enable/disable outputs, select the LVTTL/LVCMOS or HSTL output, and set the output drive levels. The device has two clamp diodes that protect the inputs from over-voltage damage. SY100E111LEJI also has an adjustable drive level to allow the user to optimize the drive strength of the outputs.

SY100E111LEJI provides an ideal platform for clock-buffering applications in high speed computer and communication systems. The compact 8-pin MSOP package reduces board space while providing optimal accuracy and performance. The device operates over the - 40°C to +85°C temperature range and is available in a variety of packages.
