Application Field
The SY100EPT20VKC is optimized for signaling rates up to 50 MHz, with a wide range of input and output voltage levels. This series can be configured for standard or staggered output timing, allowing one device to drive one or two level loads. It can also be used for various types of level shifting, such as single-ended to differential, differential to single-ended, and LVCMOS to LVCMOS. Moreover, it is widely used in digital television, telecom equipment, computer systems, and so on.
Working Principle
The SY100EPT20VKC consists of an input circuit, an input buffer, a timing control circuit and an output circuit. The input circuit is a CMOS structure, which is able to detect both high and low input levels. The input buffer is connected between the input port and the timing control circuit, which is used to hold the voltage of the input port. The timing control circuit uses a three-state buffer to control the output of the output port, and also releases a reset signal to the input buffer when both input and output ports reach the intended voltage level. The output circuit is an N-channel MOSFET, which is used to convert the high level output of the circuit to low level output.
