The SY100EPT28LKI-TR is a logic translator designed as an interface between standard and logic level signals, as well as driving or inputting large or small voltage signals.

Application Field

This device is mainly used for dual-voltage interface applications and communication between different voltage level I/O. It can also be used to convert 2.54V active high to 3.3V active low or vice versa. Additionally, it is capable of shifting a variety of logic levels both up and down as required for applications in different voltage domains.

The SY100EPT28LKI-TR is used to interface between 3.3V to 6V and I/O devices. It is also suitable for a wide range of applications, including 5V and 6V devices, LCD modules, sensors, switches, microcontrollers, pRF and GIS devices, and EEPROMs.

Working Principle

The SY100EPT28LKI-TR adopts the principle of bi-directional level shifting. It is designed with two sets of output and input ports with two level-shifting channels. When it works, the voltage level of the output side is usually 1.35V lower than that of the input side. This device can be used to level shift the signal from its original voltage level to the desired voltage level.
