SY100EPT28LZI-TR is a Logic - Translators, Level Shifters product developed by Synergy Semiconductor. This product is specifically designed to provide complete pin-for-pin voltage-level translation for asynchronous 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V mixed-signal integration.

Application Field

Working Principle

The SY100EPT28LZI-TR features an 8-bit bi-directional-level translator that translates between 3.3V, 2.5V, and 5V. It utilizes a low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) that uses small-signal differential pairs that are driven by metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) devices to provide excellent noise immunity and TTL-level compatibility.The SY100EPT28LZI-TR also has a built-in voltage clamping circuitry, which helps reduce any unwanted voltage spikes during translation.
