- Over voltage protection: The SY100H600JC will detect an output voltage greater than 2V and latch the output at mark ‘0’ state.

The SY100H600JC is a logic - translator, level shifter for converting low voltage logic levels to/from high voltage logic levels. It is based on a CMOS technology and has a single differential output with cutoff voltage of 0.7V and 2V. The device supports its open-drain output and is configured in the following manner:- 3.3V logic level to 2.5V logic level
- 2.5V logic level to 1.8V logic level
- 1.8V logic level to 1.2V logic level
