SY100S863JC-TR is a kind of Logic-Signal Switches, Multiplexers, Decoders, which combines 16 highly reliable single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches in a single, 16-pin package. With Solid Guard™ patented technology, the real type logic buffer can be operated from standard 2.5-V or 3.3-V, and provides a true logic and signal level translation performance to protect sensitive circuits from ESD, and ensure higher working reliability.

The SY100S863JC-TR can be used as a multiplexer, a decoder, or a demultiplexer. Each of its 16 switches can provide a maximum of 100 on-resistance of 600 Ohms and consumption current of 0.6mA.
