The SY10EL32VZC-TR is a low-voltage, low-power, single-phase programmable clock-synthesizer. It combines a clock synthesizer, a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), a frequency divider and a timing-domain multiplexer into a single LVCMOS device. It is suitable for a variety of high-speed applications in which the clock signal needs to be generated from an external crystal or oscillator.

SY10EL32VZC-TR Working Principle
The SY10EL32VZC-TR is based on a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) core and leverages a programmable phase-locked loop (PLL) architecture to generate complex clocks from an external clock source. It contains an integrated clock multiplier and divide-by-N divider, as well as a programmable N-bit counter. This combination allows for generating many different output frequencies from a single external clock source, as well as dividing an output signal down to the desired rate.
