The SY10EL38ZI is a synthesizer and jitter attenuator that delivers low-phase-noise clock signals for a broad range of applications. The SY10EL38ZI synthesizes from an external 10MHz crystal reference an output clock with any frequency from 10MHz to 300MHz in a fractional-N mode.
