The T0980-TSQ RF Front End (LNA + PA) is used to provide low-noise amplification (LNA) and power amplification (PA) for a wide range of radio frequency (RF) signals. It is designed to be used in a wide variety of applications ranging from low-power wireless transceivers to microwave communication systems.The T0980-TSQ LNA features an adjustable gain with excellent linearity and noise performance, while the PA offers stable and reliable gain control. Together, these two components can provide a low-noise, high-power solution for a wide variety of applications from cellular base stations to military communication systems.The T0980-TSQ LNA features an adjustable gain from 0 to 10 dB in 1 dB steps. The LNA is powered by a single +5 volts supply voltage and is designed to have an associated noise figure of less than 2.5 dB. The PA features a power gain of up to 20 dB with an associated gain control of 2.5 dB per step.The T0980-TSQ RF Front End (LNA + PA) is designed to be used in a wide variety of applications that require low-noise amplification and power amplification, such as cellular base stations, Wi-Fi / WLAN networks, and microwave communications systems. The T0980-TSQ is also designed to be used as a complete front-end module in a transmitter or receiver system.The T0980-TSQ LNA is designed to have very low noise levels, and when combined with the PA, provides a low-noise, high-power solution for a wide variety of applications. The PA features a power gain of up to 20 dB and an associated gain control of 2.5 dB per step, providing stable and reliable gain control.To ensure maximum performance, the T0980-TSQ LNA and PA are designed to provide excellent linearity, low noise levels, and a wide frequency range. The PA is designed to operate from 500 MHz to 6.0 GHz, while the LNA is designed to operate up to 4 GHz.To ensure maximum system performance, the T0980-TSQ RF Front End (LNA + PA) is designed with an integrated matching network. This matching network is designed to adjust the impedance between the LNA and PA, as well as between the system components and the antenna.
