Constructed utilizing advanced polymer technology, the T520D477M006ATE030 provides excellent high temperature performance and long life. The capacitors are RoHS compliant as they do not use material containing lead and other hazardous metals. The major component of the T520D477M006ATE030 capacitor is the tantalum plate. The plate is made from high quality tantalum and is the essential component of the capacitor, responsible to store energy and current. The plate is then coated with a dielectric layer, which can either be a solid MnO2 or a conductive polymer, depending on the application.
