T6819-TBS, a power distribution switch and Load Driver, is a power management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) for powering displays, cameras and other system functions in mobile applications. It features integrated over-temperature protection, 6 General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) connections and a wide input voltage range from 4V to 14V. It is designed to be used in applications that require low-power and reliable operation, such as automotive, industrial and medical.
The T6819-TBS Switch is equipped with an internal power distribution unit (PDU), which combines a switching function and a load driver. It is designed to drive up to three power devices such as an LCD display, an a-Si TFT or OLED display, or a camera sensor. The input voltage range is between 4V and 14V and the output of the PDU can be adjusted to an appropriate voltage level between 0.7V and 2.8V.
