Working principle:
Both devices use buck topology to enable voltage conversion. In buck topology, the output voltage is lower than the input voltage. The TBD62002AFG and TBD62003AFG contain an internal N-MOSFET and P-MOSFET, which control the power switches for setting up the current flow. The bottom side of the internal mosfets is connected to the output of the device. The voltage applied on the gate of the output P-channel mosfet determines the output current of the device.
