Linear voltage regulators are quite common in a wide range of electronic applications. The TC1016/17EV are two full featured evaluation boards designed and manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI) that support the TI C2017 family. These evaluation boards are used as a platform for experimenting and evaluating the features and performance of the linear voltage regulators. The boards are specifically designed to enable designers to speed up prototyping with dual tracking linear voltage regulators.

The TC1016/17EV is a high-performance, 30V input, dual tracking linear voltage regulator. It has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 30V and is capable of supplying up to 150mA of output current. The board includes two adjustable output voltage settings, allowing the user to easily adjust the output voltage for a wide range of output voltage levels.
