The TC1303A-PP3EUNTR is a configurable PMIC that supports four independent voltage rails with the ability to configure four linear regulators and/or four buck-boost regulators. It features aninput voltage range of 4.5V to 22V and output voltages up to 18V. The TC1303A-PP3EUNTR has a high efficiency of up to 97%, thus reducing the total current draw from the host application considerably.

This PMIC also has the ability to program four different complex control tops for optimized switching performance. The control tops can be set for PFM/PWM modes, as well as for lower noise emission and optimized dynamic response.

The four independent buck-boost regulators can be configured as either buck/boost regulators or synchronous buck regulators. Through these configurations, both low-dropout (LDO) and low-noise linear regulators can be configured.

The TC1303A-PP3EUNTR provides an optimized linear control architecture that includes both dynamic and static regulation modes. This allows the PMIC to maintain a stable output voltage while minimizing power consumption. The TC1303A-PP3EUNTR also features external voltage scaling, which can be used to reduce the dynamic response time when used as a linear regulator.
