Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) is a kind of chip that regulates the power supply in electronic devices. In Automatic Disable Mode, the motor will stop automatically when the rotor position is outside the predefined range of -10°– +170° and will remain disabled until the rotor position is within the pre-defined limit.The TC78H611FNG comes in a TSOP-7 package and is cost-effectively compliant with the AEC-Q100 certification, making it suitable for automotive applications. It can operate over a temperature range of -40 °C – 150 °C and has a lower supply voltage than the conventional motor drivers. The chip is also RoHS compliant and has built-in EMI filtering functionality, which helps to reduce interference in EMI-sensitive applications.In summary, the TC78H611FNG is a motor driver and controller specifically designed to drive and control 2-Phase Motors in automotive applications, providing best-in-class performance in terms of power efficiency, flexibility and reliability.
