The TC9400EOD is an advanced voltage-to-frequency and frequency-to-voltage converter. This converter is often used to sense, measure and control electrical signals in industrial, commercial and consumer applications.The TC9400EOD is designed to operate from low voltages to very high voltages, from negative to positive voltages, and from high to low frequencies. It is able to generate a precise frequency or voltage response when changes occur in the input signal or supply voltage. It is also capable of providing high-resolution frequency and voltage signals.The TC9400EOD utilizes both frequency-to-voltage and voltage-to-frequency conversion techniques to convert an input frequency or voltage signal into a precise output frequency or voltage. It is a highly integrated converter, as it contains many components in a single package. It also offers a low EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) performance, making it suitable for industrial and medical applications.The converter consists of several components. First, it has a converter core which is responsible for the conversion of the frequency or voltage of the input signal. This core contains two operational amplifiers, an output driver, and two resistors which convert the input frequency or voltage into a digital code.Next, the digital code is converted into a frequency or voltage by a set of digital-to-analog converters (DACs) and an amplifier. Finally, the output frequency or voltage is determined by the set of current-to-voltage converters.The TC9400EOD application field could be in process control, industrial automation, automotive, power management, and consumer electronics.
