The TDC1000-C2000™EVM is an evaluation and demonstration board and kit designed to help engineers develop and evaluate multiple applications using Texas Instruments\' TDC1000 Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) and C2000™ microcontroller (MCU) devices. This versatile kit is suitable for a variety of applications that require precise time-of-flight (TOF) or time-domain multiplexing (TDM) measurements. The combination of the TDC1000 IC and the C2000 MCU makes the TDC1000-C2000EVM a powerful tool for developing Time-of-Flight (TOF) applications. The TDC1000-C2000EVM works by using a 70-ps resolution delay line to accurately measure the time between pulses or signals. These signals may be used to measure time-of-flight (TOF) or time-domain multiplexing (TDM) applications. The TDC1000-C2000EVM also includes an onboard C2000 MCU, which can be used for data processing, monitoring, controlling and configuring the TDC1000 IC.
