The TDC7201-ZAX-EVM is an evaluation and demonstration board and kit, designed for use in measuring a variety of electrical parameters in a variety of applications. The primary purpose of the evaluation board is to demonstrate the performance of the TDC7201-ZAX-EVM by testing and comparing the measurement results with the theoretical values. This evaluation board is equipped with an adjustable gain/phase display for both X and Y directions, and a 5mm oscilloscope probe for easy measurement of various circuit parameters such as current, voltage, impedance and frequency.

The TDC7201-ZAX-EVM board is designed with a Universal FET Interface (UFI) development platform, and is supported with Keil compiler software. This board features dual 10-bit ADCs - 8bit+2bit – for X and Y directions for measuring electrical parameters such as current, voltage, impedance, and frequency.
