Application Field

Working Principle

The onboard PLL (phase-locked loop) enables the THS4141EVM to operate in a low-distortion, high-fidelity mode. The onboard phase-shifters allow channel-dependent pre-emphasis and de-emphasis for improved performance. The onboard temperature sensor and thermal protection feature monitor the temperature of the EVM and shut down the amplifier if it exceeds a predetermined temperature.
