This component includes a Positive-Reference output and a Negative-Reference output. The two stages are an Output-Reference stage and a Mid-Shunt stage. The Mid-Shunt stage is placed between the output voltage node and the Input Voltage node. Its purpose is to act as a buffer between the Output-Reference stage and the Input Voltage node. This reduces the voltage loss between the Output-Reference stage and the Input Voltage node.The Output-Reference stage is composed of two independent N-Channel MOSFETs. One MOSFET functions as a sink and the other as a source. At the input node, the output voltage is stored. The voltage stored in the output voltage node determines the amount of current flowing through the Output-Reference stage. This current is then divided by the Mid-Shunt stage into two different paths, one to the Output-Reference stage and one to the output voltage node.The Mid-Shunt stage is composed of two independently controlled N-Channel MOSFETs. One MOSFET acts as a sink and the other as a source. These two Mosfets are biased so that the current flowing out of the Output-Reference stage flows through one of the MOSFETs, and the other MOSFET acts as a current limit.The result of this is that the output of the TL4050C25QDBZT is voltage regulated and linear, with very little loss of power. The output of the TL4050C25QDBZT can be set to any voltage between 0V and 4.2V. When the voltage is set to 4.2V, the current flowing through the output node will reach its maximum value.The TL4050C25QDBZT has many different applications in modern electronics. It is widely used in power management applications such as voltage regulation or linear regulation of lighting. It can also be used as a voltage reference in linear voltage regulators and power conversion circuits. The TL4050C25QDBZT is an ideal component for making high accuracy voltage references.
