TLF50201ELXUMA1 is a low input voltage, high efficiency, synchronous DC to DC image control driver. It integrates a high-voltage enhanced NMOS device with an internal synchronous boost controller, an integrated power MOSFET and rectifier, and a 4MHz adaptive on-time high-voltage DC-DC converter. Additionally, it offers a built in 10V start-up and sleep mode with reset capabilities.
