The TLV2402CDGK works with an input bias current of 1μA, an input offset voltage of 2mV, a quiescent current of 0.25mA and a power shutdown function, yet still maintains its rail-to-rail output capabilities. The power supply voltage as low as 1.8V makes it possible to drive high-impedance, low voltage analog signals with this amplifier. As with most linear amplifiers, it is best used with a high-speed comparator to prevent false triggering and reduce errors due to offset drift.
The working principle of the TLV2402CDGK is straightforward: both the input and output have a virtual ground reference.
