The TLV320AIC3007IRSBT is an integrated high-performance audio codec with integrated Bluetooth radio for low power bluetooth audio applications. It is an innovative solution that combines a low-power Bluetooth radio, an A/D and D/A converter, microphone preamplifier, integrated analog analog dynamics processor, and a S/PDIF transceiver in a single package. The codec is designed to provide high-quality, low power, and small form factor ideal for use in mobile devices, wireless audio streaming systems, and automotive infotainment applications.

TLV320AIC3007IRSBT can accept analog inputs such as microphone, line-in and digital inputs such as SPDIF and PCM. It can also provide mono, stereo or four-channel audio. The processor supports up to 32kHz, 44.1kHz, 48kHz, and 96kHz sampling frequencies with 16,20 and 24-bit resolution. The codec features low-noise microphone pre-amplifier, integrated analog dynamics processor and S/PDIF receiver with up to 96kHz sampling frequency and up to 24-bit resolution.

The integrated Bluetooth radio in TLV320AIC3007IRSBT is equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Bluetooth Low Complexity Communication Protocol (LCP) based on the Bluetooth 5.1 specification. It supports up to 38Mbps data rate and provides an optimized link between the multimedia devices and TLV320AIC3007IRSBT codec. The integrated low-power run-time optimized DSP core provides playback of audio in real time with ultra-low power consumption.

The TLV320AIC3007IRSBT is housed in a small 64-pin LQFP package which provides a compact footprint for a variety of audio applications. Additionally, the chip includes an integrated power management system which can support external battery and solar charging for portable applications.

The working principle of the TLV320AIC3007IRSBT relies on the sampling of incoming analog or digital signals, encoding the signal into a digital bitstream, and then transferring it over a wireless or wired communication channel. The signal processor also includes an analog dynamics processor which controls the dynamics of the signal to provide an optimal sound experience.

After the signal is processed, the digital signal is encoded into a bitstream and then transmitted over a wireless communication channel. The transmitter then sends the bitstream to the Bluetooth/WiFi transceiver, which in turn transmits the bitstream to the receiver. The receiver then converts the digital bitstream back into an analog signal using the digital-to-analog (D/A) converter.
