TLV431CLPRE3 is a microprogrammable, three-terminal adjustable shunt voltage reference developed by Texas Instruments. Its main application field is for precision low power applications such as electronic power conversion, battery management systems, instrumentation, and microprocessors. It is also used to provide a stable reference voltage with adjustable output voltage.

The TLV431CLPRE3 is a triple output voltage reference that operates in a very low power range (1 µA max). The adjustable shunt regulator has a wide output voltage range from 0.45 V to 4.5 V (with option to go below 0.5 V) with programmable precision output voltage and current limit.
