The TLV62569APDRLR is a two-phase synchronous buck converter in a Quad Mode Ultra-Low-Quiescent Current HyperLight® Load (HLL) Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) optimized for use in low-power applications.

The TLV62569APDRLR features 3A N-MOSFETs, dynamic power management support and an extremely low quiescent current of only 1.25µA. It helps to extend battery life and system efficiency by providing high efficiency power conversion under dynamic load conditions, even with a light load. In addition, it offers automatic diode emulation, multi-mode frequencies for low noise and ripple, and sync-OK output of the output voltage.

The TLV62569APDRLR is available in 16-lead SOIC and 32-lead 4 mm × 4 mm QFN packages, and operates over an extended temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C. It helps optimize power management in battery-powered and energy-sensitive applications, such as white goods and portable electronics.

Working Principle

It features an integrated N-MOSFET driver with high-efficiency N-channel switches providing 2.5 A typical output current (at ≤ 85% duty cycle).

The TLV62569APDRLR differentiates itself with advanced options such as diode emulation, multi-mode frequencies for low noise and ripple, sync-OK output of the output voltage, adjustable fast-instruction, a synchronous-wake-up feature, and a soft-start circuit to keep the output voltage from overshooting during start-up.
