The TLVH432BIPKG3 is a CMOS precision voltage reference from Texas Instruments. It is a low-voltage, low-current and low-temperature reference specifically designed for use in general-purpose, precision and control applications.
The TLVH432BIPKG3 has an excellent thermal stability of 0.5mV, making it suitable for applications where tight control and accuracy are needed over environmental changes. It has an ultra-low power consumption of 1.5µA, and a wide operating voltage range of 1.5V to 6V. The reference voltage is factory-trimmed to 2.5V over the full temperature range, and to ensure complementary operation and improved noise immunity, the device features an EMI-reducing double-tail architecture.
The TLVH432BIPKG3 is packaged in a small SOT-23-5, making it ideal for applications with space constraints. The device is built on an advanced Bipolar CMOS and Silicon Enrichment Process for increased accuracy, stability, better performance and lower power consumption. It is constructed with 75% less die area than other comparable voltage references, providing further savings in the form of reduced system cost, improved power-saving performance and higher reliability.
The device is rated to operate from -55°C to +125°C and meets the requirements of Industrial, Medical and Automotive applications. The wide operating voltage range and low noise make it suitable for various applications, including analog-to-digital conversion, signal conditioning, being a reference generator for DC-DC converters and operational amplifiers.
